My law of life essay 

    Unlike the animals the main characteristics human have got a mind and discipline. Animals too may have their own discipline and organized.  World, people, and animals will destruction when if there were no laws. Similarly, people should to live in the procedures hour schedule. People achieve success when hours spent properly
     First discipline of human is night sleep and wake up in the morning. But other human rules and laws get itself. There are many lifestyles of people. One part of people can’t sleep when if don’t one of the effective work by day, or someone is watching TV over day. So who can live well? He will be properly regulated the time. That person have been spent properly hours.
        I think happy  all day when starting happy morning. I prefer to sleep early and wake up early.
       Forget the disease when sleep early and wake up early.
Poor human feature is don’m sleep until night and
Reach people release wake up early.
       To be poor is following  the man to sleep until noon.
Drink alcohol  and sleep until noon will result in a poor etc such as the proverb. Morning start well. The human brain is most alert in the morning, got up in the morning done all work are very successful for example homework, exercise etc.  Somepeople are work over night and sleep at 4 o’clock. This is very false sector. Losing variety and record when don’t wake up early. If you wake up early you can others lead. Reached the goal of life people have features wake up early.  
         Sleep best appropriate hour is 11pm to 5am.  This time people body has the lowest temperature. Increases again at 5 o’clock. Do work morning at 5 o’clock only one hour is similar to do work over 4 hours of night. 5am to 7am do important work after do exercise interesting to continue. You need to habit always drink tea in the morning. Do work with productive over day. That day become unnecessary when  one time do unnecessary things. Don’t forgot  lunch. Starving and thirsting time don’t work well. Come home eat dinner after make free time talk with family, be happy.  Don’t think this day’s problem.  This think is interfering good night. So think happy things and think your family before sleep. You need sleep at 11 o’clock.
              This is advice and my following  laws  in my life.
